1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the Seductive Frames online store.

2. Contract Formation

Product listings in the store do not constitute a binding offer but an invitation to order. By submitting an order, you make a binding offer. The purchase contract is formed when we confirm your order via email.

3. Prices and Payment

All listed prices are final prices. As a private seller without VAT registration, no VAT is charged. Shipping costs are displayed before order completion.

4. Delivery

Delivery times vary by shipping zone. Details can be found on our shipping information page. All prints are carefully packaged to prevent transport damage.

5. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

6. Liability

We are liable for intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is the seller's place of residence.
