Final shipping cost depends on print size and order quantity and is calculated at checkout.
Packaging
All prints are carefully wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and sturdy cardboard packaging to ensure safe transport.
Tracking
After shipping, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
Damage or Loss
If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us immediately via email. We will arrange a solution.
Made-to-Order Prints
Some prints are made to order. Production time is typically 3–7 business days in addition to the delivery time.
Returns
All of our prints are made to order. For this reason we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please review your selection carefully — in particular the motif, size, and framing option — before placing an order.
If your shipment arrives damaged or faulty, the notes under "Damage or Loss" apply — we will work with you to find a solution.
