Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the Seductive Frames online store.

2. Contract Formation

Product listings in the store do not constitute a binding offer but an invitation to order. By submitting an order, you make a binding offer. The purchase contract is formed when we confirm your order via email.

3. Prices and Payment

All listed prices are final prices. As a private seller without VAT registration, no VAT is charged. Shipping costs are displayed before order completion.

4. Delivery

Delivery times vary by shipping zone. Details can be found on our shipping information page. All prints are carefully packaged to prevent transport damage.

5. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

6. Liability

We are liable for intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is the seller's place of residence.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to EU Directive 2011/83/EU, as an EU consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day you or a third party designated by you takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us of your decision by email. In the event of withdrawal we will reimburse all payments received from you without delay, and no later than 14 days after receiving your notification. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the customer's specifications (e.g. personalised or limited-edition prints) or to goods that, by their nature, are not suitable for return.

For customers outside the EU, only the remaining provisions of these Terms apply.
